The First WOLBACHIA RODEO - Dec. 7, 2011. Insects Tested: Ant, Flea, and Mosquito. All six fleas were infected.
State Medical Entomologist Visits Biomed Class - Jan. 13, 2012. Biomed students demonstrate lab equipment and protocols to Dr. Jeffrey Brown, Bureau Director for Mississippi State Dept. of Health. Future possibilities of collaborating with Dr. Brown and testing bed bug samples were also discussed.
